Tried Top Class 30 Italian One Dish Recipes by Johnnie W. Butler

The title of Johnnie W. Butler's book, Tried Top Class 30 Italian One Dish Recipes, clearly does not tell the whole story about this cookbook, so the subtitle says the rest: Latest Collection of Top 30 Tested, Proven, Most-Wanted Delicious, Super Easy And Quick Italian One Dish Meals For Every Single Person. Got that? One dish meals. Easy and quick. Tested and proven.

In case the title did not tell you all you needed to know, this is from the book's description:

This Italian Cookbook is filled with over TOP 30 mouth watering, simple, easy and quick Italian One Dish Recipes. In addition, each delicious recipe is accompanied by captivating color photographs to help entice you to the final tasty dish.

There is a useful Table of Contents, and an image does accompany each recipe. There are very succinct instructions that were only a few times confusing, like when things are said to be used as a topping but were actually cooked in the dish, or when the spaghetti is not included in the description of the Spaghetti with Meatballs.

There are a variety of dishes, some that cook quickly and some that take several hours in a slow cooker. There are recipes for soups, pastas, stews, pot roast, frittata, casseroles: a wide variety of recipes, that can all be served as a done dish mean.

It is meant for U.S. Canada, Australian, New Zealand, U.K. cooks, I would say, due to ingredients mentioned, and the measurements used. Very precise cooking times!! The recipes show a professional understanding of cooking. There were only a few errors in the text, nothing too confusing. And there are lots of time-saving techniques.
